Vape Express accepts in-store and online purchases.

Returns

All online orders returned to Vape Express by the shipping carrier as non-deliverable due to incorrect address or non collection by the recipient are subject to a 20% product restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All sales of products that contain e-liquid are final.

All coil sales are final. Hand made coils are artisanal and are sold as is. Manufactured coil heads can vary in performance dependent on several factors: applied wattage, applied voltage, e-liquid, temperature.

All starter kits sales are covered by a 30 day in-store warranty against manufacturer defects only.

Vape Express reserves the right at its own discretion, to selectively consider a replacement, exchange or refund, regardless of individual circumstances.
